I’m on a real computer!

I haven’t been on an actual computer for a month. I’ve been fiending for some real interwebs, this is wonderful.

So what the hell have I been up to? Well I’ll tell you right now. I got back from camping two days ago, it was a great camping trip, I slept on a dock under the stars. Win. I’m typing like I’m five years old, excuse me, I’m really tired, these sentences will be simple.

I got my specialty role yesterday, I’m a Project Outreach Liaison. What that means is that I’ll be in charge of organizing a community volunteer event each round and finding potential new project sponsors for future classes.

We’re being inducted on Monday and our first round project starts Wednesday. My team will be doing a split round and staying in Vicksburg for the first two weeks to work in the Military Park and then heading to West Virginia to do environmental work. I’m really excited about everything that we’ll be doing.

That’s really all I’ve got for now. I’m waiting for some of my pictures to process right now and then I’ll post some stuff from the camping trip.

I’m beginning to feel like this is less of a coherent blog and more of an internet journal stream-of-consciousness type thing. Whatevs, you’ll deal.
